With the Wine Tour Prestige you will live a unique and immersive experience of the Umberto Cesari world.
You will discover every phase of our production with a guided tour of our vineyards, the wine making area and the aging cellar.
You will be the protagonist of a real live performance, in which you will test your senses with a Barrel Tasting.
Finally, our Sommelier will guide you through a professional tasting of our most awarded wines, paired with the excellent products of the Emilia Romagna food chain.

  • Five-cereals bread served with Prosciutto Crudo di Parma, shelled walnuts, squacquerone cheese PDO and caramelized figs.
  • Potato flan, soncino salad and Tenuta Montecatone’s olive oil.
  • Gorgonzola quenelle, fresh blackberries and flaxseed streghette(crunchy bread).
  • Bologna’ seven-layer traditional green lasagna.
  • Wild boar Bresaola, dehydrated blueberries, Guido Gobino’s dark chocolate flakes, Tenuta Montecatone’s olive oil and puff pastry breadsticks.
  • Pecorino selection, aged in cave and in pomace, served with a sweet pear and ginger mustard and ancient grain bread
  • Sweet and salty surprise pairing.
