How much does shipping cost?

Shipping costs EUR 10.00. Shipping is free for all orders equal to or above EUR 100.00 and for Wine Club members spending an amount equal to or above EUR 80.00.

What are the accepted payment methods?

The accepted payment methods are: credit or debit card (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS), Paypal, bank transfer.

My card was declined: what shall I do?

If your card was declined, we suggest you try entering a different card or choosing a different payment method accepted by the system. We also suggest you to make sure your card belongs to the circuits we accept (VISA, MASTERCARD, AMERICAN EXPRESS). For more information, refer to your bank.

What are the delivery times?

Your order will take 2 to 4 working days to arrive at its destination, except for delays not due to us.

Can I change the shipping address?

To modify or change your delivery address, you can contact us by phone (+39 051-6947811) or by email [email protected] with the order code in the subject line.

Can I follow my order status?

Once your order process is complete, you will receive a confirmation email. Once it has been prepared and shipped, your order will be given a tracking code which you can use to follow the shipping.

I have received a bottle that is damaged or that I do not like: can I have a refund?

In the event the product you have received is not to your liking, you can exercise your right of withdrawal within 14 working days from purchase, sending written communication of your intent via mail to Cesari S.r.l. Via Stanzano 2160 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) or via e-mail to [email protected]. You can use the withdrawal form available at art. 14.3 point a) of the General Conditions of Sale you find on the website. The products must be returned intact to Cesari s.r.l. within 14 days from receipt. Cesari s.r.l. will then provide to refund you within 14 days. In the event the product is damaged or ruined, this can be replaced provided that:

1) you report the damage or flaw within 2 months from discovery, via registered mail sent to Cesari S.r.l. Via Stanzano 2160 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) or via e-mail to[email protected]

2) the damage or flaw manifests itself within two years from delivery of the goods. The damage or flaw must be reported to Cesari S.r.l. in any case.

I registered for an event but I cannot participate: what can I do?

You can contact us within 14 working days from the date of purchase of the event, via mail to Cesari S.r.l. Via Stanzano 2160 40024 Castel San Pietro Terme (BO) or via e-mail to our certified e-mail address [email protected]. If the right of withdrawal has been exercised correctly (i.e. within the deadline and following the terms described above) you will be refunded within 14 days.
