Discovering our most awarded wines

The Wine Tour Deluxe is a journey through the most fascinating places of the winery, which will introduce you to the production methods of our wines. After a guided tour of the vinification area, the laboratory and the aging cellar, our Sommelier will attend you in a tasting of our most awarded wines.

  • Five-cereals bread served with Palmieri’s Mortadella La Favola, squacquerone PDO cheese, caramelized figs and shelled walnuts.
  • Cave-aged Pecorino cheese, mandarin confiture and flamed piadina bread.
  • Warm potato flan, soncino salad and Tenuta Montecatone’s olive oil.
  • Culatta Cotta (cold cut), sun-dried tomatoes, Pecorino di Fossa flakes, five grain crumble and dark bread.
  • Apricot pie and an aged Pecorino with figs.
