Interesting facts
Pignoletto Colle Belvedere bears the name of one of the hills on which our vineyards lie. The wine has recently been re-calibrated, with an eye both to tradition as well as to the future, and its restored traditional name beautifully complements its modern graphic re-styling, which marries together sobriety, vibrancy, and elegance.
A 100% Pignoletto semi-sparkling wine. The clusters are gently pressed, and the must ferments at a controlled temperature of 16°C, then the wine undergoes a secondary fermentation at 15-16°C in steel pressure tanks with specialised yeasts. The wine matures briefly sur lie.

Appearance: A green-shot straw yellow, and a delicate, leisurely-ascending bead.

In 1964, Umberto Cesari noticed a small vineyard and an abandoned residence and decided that his winery would be there. That house still stands, alongside our vineyards of Albana and Pignoletto.
