For summer 2024, we thought of a new look for our Costa di Rose. Thanks to the valuable collaboration with Drink Factory and as a proof of the great versatility of this 100% Sangiovese rosé wine, we designed 3 tasty cocktails : Costa Club, Costa Mule and Costa Paloma.
Simple and easily available ingredients have been wisely balanced to maintain the recognizability of the main ingredient: our Rosé wine.
The cocktails are easily reproducible and they can be the “must” for aperitifs and convivial moments of your summer!
Costa Club
Ingredients:
- 45 ml Vodka
- 45 ml Costa Di Rose
- 15ml Lemon Juice
- 20 ml Sugar Syrup
- 4-5 Fresh Raspberries
- Lemon Twist
- Garnish Lemon peel
- Shake
- Glass Tumbler low 350 ml
- Ice cubes
Preparation:
Crush raspberries, pour in all ingredients, add ice and shake. Strain into a low glass filled with ice and squeeze in the lemon twist.
Costa Mule
Ingredients:
- 10 ml Honey mix
- 10 ml Strawberry Ponthier puree
- 60 ml Costa di Rose
- 20 ml London dry gin or Pisco
- 45 ml Fever Tree ginger beer
- Garnish candied ginger
- Glass: Build Tumbler tall 370
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Pour the ingredients directly into the chilled glass filled with ice and mix gently; finally garnish with candied ginger.
Costa Paloma
Ingredients:
- 30 ml Tequila 100% Agave
- 5 ml Creme de Cassis
- 60 ml Costa di Rose
- Fill 90 ml Pink grapefruit soda
- Garnish Pink grapefruit zest
- Build
- Glass: 370 ml tall tumbler
- Ice cubes
Preparation
Pour all ingredients into chilled, ice-filled glass, mix gently and garnish with pink grapefruit.
