Guides and competition reward the quality of our wines

Recently, from the United States to Japan, passing through Italy and Germany, national and international guides and competitions have awarded our wines excellent marks and gold medals.

James Suckling the well-known American critic awarded 92 points to Sangiovese Riserva 2016 and Resultum 2012, two 100% Sangiovese wines, expressions of our territory and result of research on the vineyard. 91 points attributed to Tauleto 2013, Liano 2016, Liano Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc 2017, among the symbolic wines of the company.

In addition, Robert Parker – The Wine Advocate, awarded Colle del Re Albana Passito 2009 93 points, a true gold nectar, a wine of excellence that is obtained thanks to the late harvest and drying in the fruit cellar, with constant control of the bottling phase. 91 points assigned to Tauleto 2012, a blend of Sangiovese Grosso and Uva Longanesi, an ancient autochthonous vine recently recovered.

Mundus Vini Spring Tasting 2020, the most important German competition, has awarded two wines symbol of our terroir with two Gold medals: Colle del Re Albana Passito 2012 and Sangiovese Riserva 2017.

The double weight of the medals comes from Japan. The all-women jury of the Sakura Japan Women’s Wine Award 2020 awarded 3 Double Gold medals to Tauleto 2014, Moma Rosso 2018 and Sangiovese Riserva 2017. Moma Bianco 2019 received a Gold medal.

Finally, in Italy Luca Maroni in his Yearbook of the Best Italian Wines 2020 awarded 96 points to Colle del Re Albana Passito 2010 and Tauleto 2013. 94 points instead assigned to Moma Rosso 2017, while 93 are those attributed to Resultum 2012, Yemula 2016 and Liano 2016. Liano Chardonnay Sauvignon Blanc 2017 closes with 92 points and Laurento 2016 with 91 points.
