Winemaking
After hand harvesting and painstaking selection of the grapes, the wine is vinified in concrete tanks and cocciopesto amphorae amphorae at a controlled temperature.

A silky texture with powerful tannins. Intense bouquet of violet, rose, iris and peony with touches of plum and blackberry.
